Heading out West? Visit these literary hotels!

I have a lot of fun writing about historic sites in general, but it’s especially fun when the historic sites are spots famous authors hung out!

I got to write about a couple of the hotels where famous authors visited or wrote some of their most enduring works for Saving Places/The National Trust for Historic Preservation. They’re all out in the Western United States, so if you’re headed that way, stop at these spots for a jolt of creative energy. :)
