New essay in a flash nonfiction magazine!

There are times I write an essay and it goes through so many iterations by the time it’s published that it’s hardly recognizable from its original form by the time it’s published. That’s the case with my latest essay, “Who Would I Be Without the Violence?” that was just published in Consequence Forum’s flash nonfiction magazine.

I think I wrote the first draft back in 2018! I’m thrilled with its final form and hope you’ll enjoy it too. (It’s a quick read.)
